I LOVE LUCY


This has been my favorite show since the first time I watched when I was 11 years old. I still crack up watching re-runs .It just never grows old.
Lucille Ball was something special!Possibly , IMHO, the greatest comedienne EVER!

For today's "Friday Funnies" I decided to post excerpts from my two of my favorite episodes...though I love mostly every single one!
This one makes me howl woth laughter!

    Thanks for stoppinng by Carly. Good reminder to get out and see what you are up to. Love the whole thing on Lucy. That is my sister's name. And my mother, who died when I was 15, loved the tv show. Wish I could ask her if it influenced the naming of my little sister. I'll be back in the states in January, maybe I should ask my dad. You are doing a great job on this blog Carly.

Walking on Sunshine with "Ramona & Beezus" this Musical Monday!

It was a busy weekend...but not  spent at home! I let the house work go and decided to relax this weekend!On Saturday we bowled as you can tell from my previous post.Sunday was movie day ! We went to see "Ramona & Beezus" What a sweet movie!We enjoyed it so much.It made me laugh,it made me cry...it made me feel HOPE. I love the soundtrack! This  has always been a feel good song for me: This one is part of the soundtrack as well Lots of good music  in the movie! This is a preview of Selena's new song which is also part of the soundtrack: Loved the movie.The girls worked wonderfully together!
