I just discovered this Meme.I like Memes!So here goes. 1. What's the one thing that really annoys you?? I am terrified of driving so I use public transportation. I'm okay with that.One less car on the road.Better for the environment.So one thing that I find annoying is people on their cell phones while they're on the bus. I don't mean the quick "I'm on my way home, see you in twenty minutes" thing. I'm talking about the long ,detailed, should be in the privacy of your home conversations .The ones that give you more info than you really want to know.Oh, and the LOUDness while holding these conversations!Eeeeek! I guess I'm cranky.lol  But it's not only the people on the cells that annoy me.It's also people that feel the need to be loud,rowdy and rude.The cursing and howling and noisiness.What happened to common courtesy? We are using PUBLIC transportation.Can't we respect our fellow passengers?? Not everyone wants their poor ears assa...

Hugs.I love to give them as much as I like to receive them!I'm always hugging somebody,every day!I hug patients,friends ,family....What a feeling!=) Hugs can make a big difference in someone's day I believe. I have thought about making my own sign and standing right on Times Square  in New York City with it just to see what happens! Hmmm...maybe I will this Spring! Found this meme last night and couldn't get to post for it till now. I got lucky this weekend for my birthday.My husband bought me two books and I bought two books for myself! Ican't help it! I LOVE my books. I posted on Friday about my need to lose wait and the fact that I saw a woman ExtraTV, that lost 300 lbs  using Tosca Reno's Eat Clean books  . So I bought these two books: I've read other books with similar principles,but I decided to try this for inspiration .The books are easy to  understand and the recipes are awesome. This is my birthday twin,Vida. She turned 83 yesterday! She's a very sweet lady .One of my favorites that comes into our office.Her husband passed away a few months ago and even though she has 24  hour care,she's feels confused and  lonely... It brought me tremendous joy to spend a little time with her for our birthday.She was so happy and that made me happy. I believe there's so much we can do to make a difference in someone's life.It doesn't have to be a big thing and it means so much! What makes you happy??? But seriously...it's no joking matter.I need to stay on my food plan and get not only my weight under control,but my blood glucose as well.I know the consequences of obesity.I don't want to have a heart attack or stroke. I saw a segment of ExtraTV tonight,which I don't normally  watch.There was a woman on the show that lost 300 lbs. using the book "Eat Clean" by Tosca Reno. Now ,I've been thinking about getting lap band.But I'd really like to try losing the weight without going through all that.I know it can be done.The problem is  want immediate results,and that is unrealistic.I've read tons of weightloss and nutritional books.I know what I should be doing.I need to do it.Now. No more games...because truthfully,I feel crappy! I think I will go check out this "Eat Clean "book.A little inspiration won't hurt! I started out my new year with a broken heart.One of my dogs,my favorite in fact ,stumbled down a flight of stairs and broke his little neck. =( I cried and cried the first two days of the year. His name was Scooby and I had him for two years.The family that owned him before had him for 9 years and were eager to give him up.I never quite understood that...He was supposed to go to a shelter,but my daughter Ashley begged me to let Scooby come live with us.The minute I laid eyes on him I fell in love. For two years that little guy was my shadow!Each day when I came home from work he and my other dogs greeted me with joy.He pranced and danced around for me and put his little paws on my legs so that I would pick him up.I carried him around like a baby=) and pampered him!I miss him so much! We gave each other two great years and he will always be in my heart. I know he's on the other side,with my other pets that have gone before him. Someday we'll be reunited. R.I.P Scooby....
