Our day at the river front


Last Sunday we decided to go spend a little time at the River front.The day was sunny and warm so there were lots of people out and about enjoying the day.
Some were fishing. Some were sunbathing as they watched the boats.
Others,like ourselves just sat on the benches and watched everyone and everything else.
It's a peaceful place.I love to watch the waves,the sky, the boats,the horizon....
Kylie also enjoys the riverfront.Here she is,posing for me !
We like to walk a long the path and find interesting things such as these:
There is also a beautiful 911 memorial
We had a lovely time. But soon the sky started to darken.
A rainstorm was underway.
Soon it started to rain.And so it was time to say good-bye.We'll visit another day!

Walking on Sunshine with "Ramona & Beezus" this Musical Monday!

It was a busy weekend...but not  spent at home! I let the house work go and decided to relax this weekend!On Saturday we bowled as you can tell from my previous post.Sunday was movie day ! We went to see "Ramona & Beezus" What a sweet movie!We enjoyed it so much.It made me laugh,it made me cry...it made me feel HOPE. I love the soundtrack! This  has always been a feel good song for me: This one is part of the soundtrack as well Lots of good music  in the movie!
