this is what I'm working on at the moment...

I enjoy much more than paper crafting. This weekend I picked up this little book:
It has a few cute patterns .I love chickens and roosters in the kitchen so I decided to make this guy:
That's a picture in the book!I just started mine.Let's see how long it takes me to complete it.

That's as far as I've gotten!

I am also working on a cross stitch project to give as a gift to my mother.

This is the first time I work on a stamped image.I like it!It seems to be a lot quicker.
I am working on it every second I have so that maybe I can give it to her for Mother's day.
Yes I know!Should have started earlier. I am a procrastinator.=/

    I can't crochet but I wish I could! There are so many completely wonderful patterns out there! The cross stitch looks lovely, I remember trying it recently and thinking, how the heck did the Victorians sit around doing this all day, haha! But I made my mom a bracelet out of vintage spoons.

Walking on Sunshine with "Ramona & Beezus" this Musical Monday!

It was a busy weekend...but not  spent at home! I let the house work go and decided to relax this weekend!On Saturday we bowled as you can tell from my previous post.Sunday was movie day ! We went to see "Ramona & Beezus" What a sweet movie!We enjoyed it so much.It made me laugh,it made me cry...it made me feel HOPE. I love the soundtrack! This  has always been a feel good song for me: This one is part of the soundtrack as well Lots of good music  in the movie!
